Abstract

Проблема муколитической терапии у больных хронической обструктивной болезнью легких (ХОБЛ) остается нерешенной, так как не ясна ее роль в долговременном контроле заболевания. В "Глобальной стратегии диагностики, лечения и профилактики хронической обструктивной болезни легких" пересмотра 2006 г. указано: "Широкое применение муколитических препаратов в настоящее время не может быть рекомендовано, так как уровень доказательства эффективности этих препаратов всего лишь D" [1]. Тем не менее они широко используются в клинической практике. Попробуем разобраться, почему так происходит.
