Abstract

Проблема диагностики и лечения абактериального хронического простатита (ХП) как одной из составляющих урологического синдрома хронической тазовой боли (СХТБ) приобретает в современной урологии все большую актуальность. Единого мнения о природе этой патологии в современной урологии не выработано. Пациенты с тазовой болью – сложная категория хронических больных. Они, как правило, в той или иной мере социально дезадаптированны длительно и с малым успехом, а зачастую безуспешно, посещают врача. Практически всегда трудны для диагностики и лечения и страдают от сниженного качества жизни. Новая эра в изучении абактериального ХП началась с момента принятия урологами новой классификации ХП Национального института здоровья США (рассмотрена в 1995 г., опубликована в окончательном варианте в 1999 г.). Проводимые исследования привели к качественным изменениям в диагностике этого состояния, что в свою очередь оказало влияние на увеличение пациентов с тазовым болевым синдромом на приеме у уролога.
