Abstract
Широкое применение антагонистов кальция (АК) в клинической практике обусловлено их высокой антигипертензивной активностью, отсутствием негативного влияния на метаболизм липидов, глюкозы, мочевой кислоты и достаточно хорошей переносимостью при правильном подборе доз. По химической природе выделяют фенилалкиламиновые (верапамил), бензотиазепиновые (дилтиазем) и дигидропиридиновые (нифедипин, амлодипин и др.) АК; последние применяются чаще остальных. В настоящее время амлодипин по праву назначается чаще остальных препаратов этого ряда, что обусловлено его фармакокинетическими и фармакодинамическими преимуществами, а также лучшей среди дигидропиридиновых производных переносимостью
