Abstract

Совершенствование антигипертензивной терапии предполагает не только разработку новых лекарственных средств, но и создание новых комбинаций препаратов. Под «новыми» комбинациями понимаются сочетания так называемых новых антигипертензивных средств, а именно блокаторов кальциевых каналов (БКК), ингибиторов ангиотензинпревращающего фермента (ИАПФ) и блокаторов рецепторов ангиотензина II (БРА). Новые препараты обладают способностью не только воздействовать на ведущие механизмы патогенеза артериальной гипертензии (АГ), но и, в отличие от «старых» – β-адреноблокаторов (БАБ) и диуретиков, лишены неблагоприятных метаболических эффектов. Особый интерес представляет комбинация ИАПФ и БКК, поскольку именно она на настоящий момент имеет самую убедительную доказательную базу как в отношении гемодинамических эффектов, так и в отношении влияния на частоту сердечно-сосудистых осложнений.
