Abstract
We compared 2 groups of patients: standard treatment of chronic pancreatitis in the preand postoperative periods and the modified correction (with on the background of the traditional scheme of active nutritional support with the participation of the nutritionist). On the basis of the alimentation-volemic diagnosis adjusted data treatment algorithm taking into account the functional reserve of limiting the absorption of bodies, rehabilitation potential, bowel readiness to assimilate nutrients, etc. It is shown that nutritional support in the treatment of complicated chronic pancreatitis is one of the main components of treatment.
