Abstract
The variety of cavitary and destructive processes in the lungs is determined by a variety of etiological and pathogenetic factors causing these conditions. A number of states are the result of exposure to a pathological agent, and the other part of cavitary processes in the lungs caused by a complex genetic mechanism. Of special interest are destructive processes in the lungs caused by rare pathogenic agents against the backdrop of severe diseases.
