SCIENTIFIC OUTPOST OF VICTORY
摘要
At the beginning of April 2024, one of Russia’s most renowned and oldest educational
institutions, the Mikhailovsky Military Artillery Academy, hosted the opening and plenary session of the XXVII All-Russian Scientific and Practical Conference «Actual Problems of Protection and Security». The discussion centered on issues and problems related to the special military operation and the confrontation between Russia and the West. Speakers emphasized in their reports that the conference is a scientific outpost designed to select the best, most technologically advanced and modern equipment for the Russian Armed Forces, to achieve its production and delivery to the troops and thus bring our common victory closer.



PROBLEMATIC ASPECTS AND AREAS OF IMPROVEMENT OF MILITARY-ECONOMIC ANALYSIS

The paper considers scientific and methodological issues of military-economic analysis in the process of Armed Forces Russian Federation development, their technical equipment. The paper shows the ways to modify and use the methodology of decision assessment and decision-making process in the development of weapons from the point of the theory of utility.



THE MAIN DIRECTIONS OF DEVELOPMENT OF THE NATIONAL GEOSPATIAL SUPPORT SYSTEM OF THE US ARMED FORCES
摘要
The structure of construction and the basics of functioning of the modern geospatial support system of the Armed Forces of the United States of America are considered. The structural composition of the geospatial support service of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is presented. The definition of the geospatial intelligence system (GEOINT) and its use in military operations in Ukraine is given. Based on new foreign publications, conclusions have been drawn on the use of the main elements of GEOINT during military operations and the directions of development of the geospatial support system for the US Armed Forces.



FORECASTING THE FORMATION OF MILITARY PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES
摘要
An approach to the construction of forecasting models for the expected level of formation of necessary military professional competencies among students and cadets of educational institutions of the National Guard troops of the Russian Federation is considered. The basis of the approach is the representation of the formation of these competencies in the form of a set of processes for changing the values of the corresponding private indicators during training. The formal description of these processes is carried out in the form of a system of differential equations. To specify the parameters of the equations, a method of using the available empirical data is proposed. The proposed approach can be used in the construction of specific models and methods of decision support for managing the development of the military vocational training system.

The form and content of the V-diagram of the creation of products with a high degree of technological complexity (PHDTC) of weapons of military and special equipment, as a set of waterfall requirements and synthesis stairs based on the principles, methods and technology of system engineering, providing the formation of multi-level matrices of requirements and resource constraints of digital counterparts of PHDTC products that make it possible to create products in a limited time and a set price with high quality.

PROSPECTS FOR THE USE OF SIMULATION METHODS AT THE STAGES OF SYSTEM DESIGN NEW WEAPONS

Modeling methods are considered to assess the feasibility and effectiveness of new scientific, technical and technological solutions in the creation of new weapons. When solving applied problems of system design (including assessing the feasibility and effectiveness of new technologies), it is proposed to use complex (joint) methods of expert and simulation modeling. A further development of the considered modeling methods is the introduction of artificial intelligence (hybrid modeling).



MATHEMATICAL MODEL OF EXTERNAL INFLUENCES ON TRACKING SYSTEMS OF THE INFRARED RANGE BEHIND THE FORCING ZONE OF FLYING LABORATORIES

An improved mathematical model of external influences on the tracking system of the
infrared range behind the zone of the afterburner flame of a flying laboratory is proposed. Recommendations are given to improve the creditability of flight experiments, reduce the costs and timing of flight tests of aircraft protection systems.



REQUIREMENT’S JUSTIFICATION TO THE SIMULATION MODULES OF PROGRAM-METHODICAL PACKAGE «DUPCLICATE-MUZR»
摘要
In this article are shortly described intended use, composition and level of incorporated connexity of modules of program-methodical package «Duplicate-Muzr». Here are described as prioritized requirements to the simulation modules based on the classification and generalization of functional reasonable opportunities of software special purpose. They presented update concepts and classifications which belong to simulation models. Analogues of acceptable requirement’s realization, which specify module’s image, are confirmed by example modules from various programs as well as ascertained particularities of their creation.

The article deals with the main directions of development of high-precision ammunition for barrel artillery. The stages of their development, division into three generation and their characteristic differences are indicated. National and joint military programs of NATO countries led by USA on development of long-range high-precision artillery munitiоns, advanced developments of Korea and Cyina. Advantages of new guided artillery projectiles with guidance in the fields of satellite navigation systems of their development prospects.



INCREASING THE DEGREE OF COMMONALITY OF DOMESTIC ARTILLERY COMPLEXES BY MEANS OF A NEW LONG-RANGE PROJECTILE

The prospect of increasing the commonality level of artillery complexes (ACs) by means
of projectiles fitted with a single-block integral propulsion system (SBIPS) is discussed.
Presented is an algorithm for defining geometric parameters of the common SBIPS. Also
presented are the evaluated characteristics of the new long-range projectiles. Ways to
further the commonality of Russian ACs’ ammunition equipment are proposed.



IMPROVING THE RELIABILITY AND EFFECTIVENESS OF FIRING-FREE METHODS OF BRINGING OF TANK GUNS TO A NORMAL FIGHT, AS A PROBLEM OF SYSTEM COORDINATION

Physical and statistical patterns in the information environment of tactical and technical characteristics (TTC) and their determining factors are considered, while ensuring the required accuracy of firing tank guns. The connections of TTC, as system indicators, with the variety and multidimensionality of errors when firing from a tank are revealed. The expediency of firing-free methods for evaluating the accuracy of firing from a sample of a tank artillery gun is substantiated.



CONCERNING THE RANGE EXTENSION FOR ‘GIATSINT’-TYPE GUNS BY MEANS OF A NEW ROCKET-ASSISTED PROJECTILE

Presented are the results of theoretical and computational estimate of firing range extension for 2A36, 2A37-type guns by means of a new rocket-assisted projectile. The new projectile is fitted with a so-called single-block integral propulsion system, which has improved thrust and specific impulse compared to traditional projectile propulsion systems due to the use of atmospheric air in its workflow.

The problem of airframe high temperatures under aerodynamic heating is observed. Options replacing the titanium alloy VT20 with intermetallides based on titanium are proposed. A review of modern scientific and technical sources on the properties of alloys is carried out. The calculation of the temperature state of the aircraft body and numerical modeling of airframe loading are done. The advantages of the strength characteristics of the type of alloys and the prospects for their using as the airframe at high temperature levels of aircraft heating are noted.

An analysis of the nomenclatures of shrapnel artillery shells and the characteristics of arrowshaped striking elements (SPE) was carried out. The results of experimental studies of the interaction of XPE with protective structures are presented. The list of tasks for the development of a scientific and methodological apparatus for specifying and assessing the requirements for personal armor protection that provides protection against PPE is substantiated.

Abstract: The article is devoted to three periods of development of indigenous multiple rocket launcher systems (MRLS), in which aerodynamic (M-13 projectiles), turbojet (M-14-OF projectiles) and again aerodynamic (9M22 projectiles) MRLS rocket projectiles (RPs) stabilizing methods were successively used on the trajectory. An important subsystem of the MRLS is the RPs launch subsystem — launch vehicle (LV), the requirements for which (in the history of the creation of the MRLS «Grad») directly affect the design of the stabilization units of the MRLS destruction subsystem — RPs. The stabilizing method is also determined by the required firing range and measures of dispersion. Sometimes it can be prescriptively specified for the use of already proven design schemes. And, of course, the competence of the parent company-developer leaves an imprint on the design of the projectile, the change of which can radically change the appearance of the sample.

The article highlights the issues of preparation and conduct of the Belarusian strategic
offensive operation (Bagration). As a result of which the Soviet troops: defeated one of the most powerful enemy groups — Army Group Center; completely completed the liberation of Belarus; liberated part of Lithuania and Latvia; entered the territory of Poland and approached the borders of East Prussia.
