Abstract

Комбинированная оральная контрацепция в настоящее время рассматривается не только как способ предохранения от беременности. Многообразие позитивных свойств гормональных компонентов, входящих в состав комбинированных оральных контрацептивов (КОК), обеспечивает ряд благоприятных дополнительных эффектов [1]. Одним из таких свойств КОК считается антиандрогенная активность, которую можно использовать в целях лечения заболеваний/состояний, ассоциированных с гиперандрогенией.В настоящее время существуют несколько КОК, прогестагенный компонент которых обладает в разной степени выраженной антиандрогенной активностью. В частности, к этой группе КОК относится комбинированный монофазный низкодозированный гормональный контрацептив, содержащий 30 мкг этинилэстрадиола и 3 мг дроспиренона, зарегистрированный в России под названием Ярина.
