hereinafter referred to individually or jointly as the "Author" (Co-authors), and the editor-in-chief of the journal "Izvestia of the Kabardino-Balkarian State University" B.S. Karamurzov, acting on the basis of the Charter, have entered into this agreement on the following:
- The Author, from the moment this Agreement comes into force, grants the Publisher, free of charge for the duration of the copyright provided for by the current legislation of the Russian Federation, an exclusive license to use the scientific work created by the Author (Co-authors), hereinafter referred to as the Article, with the title __________________________________________________________________

approved and accepted for publication by the Editorial Board of the journal "Izvestia of the Kabardino-Balkarian State University" within the limits provided for by this Agreement, without the Author (Co-authors) retaining the right to issue similar licenses to other persons. In accordance with paragraph 2 of Art. 1270 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and this Agreement, the use of the Article shall mean: — reproduction of the Article or its separate part in any material form, including on paper and electronic media in journals and/or databases of the Publisher and/or other persons, at the discretion of the Publisher and/or Founder of the Journal; — distribution of the Article or its separate part as part of the Journal and/or databases of the Publisher or other persons, at the discretion of the Publisher and/or Founder of the Journal, or as an independent work throughout the world; — making the Article available to the public in such a way that any person may access the Article from any place and at any time of their own choosing (making it available to the public, including via the Internet); — sublicense (issue permission to use the Article and its separate materials) the rights received under this Agreement to third parties, with notification of the Authors thereof, by posting the relevant information on the Publisher's website; — other rights not expressly transferred to the Publisher under this Agreement, including patent rights to any processes, methods or techniques, etc., described by the Author (Co-authors) in the Article, as well as rights to trademarks, are retained by the Author (Compilers) and other copyright holders. The granting of rights under this Agreement includes the right to process the form of provision of the Article for its use in interaction with computer programs and systems (databases), publication and distribution in machine-readable format and implementation in search systems (databases).
- The Author (Co-authors) guarantees that: 2.1. He (they) informed the other Co-authors about the terms of this Agreement and received the consent of all Co-authors to conclude this Agreement on the terms provided for in the Agreement;
2.2. The Article is an original work submitted for consideration only to this Journal, and that the Author (Co-authors) has not previously published more than 50% of the Article in other printed and/or electronic publications, except for the publication of a preprint (manuscript) of the Article;
2.3. The Article contains all references to the cited authors and/or publications (materials) provided for by the current copyright legislation, that the Author (Co-authors) have obtained all necessary permissions for the results, facts and other borrowed materials used in the Article, the copyright holder of which is not the Author (Co-authors);
2.4. The Article does not contain materials that are not subject to publication in the open press in accordance with the current legislative acts of the Russian Federation and its publication and distribution will not lead to the disclosure of classified (confidential) information (including state secrets).
- Rights and Obligations of the Author (Co-Authors)
3.1. The Author undertakes to:
3.1.1. Submit the manuscript of the Article in accordance with the Rules for Authors published on the Publisher's or Journal's website.
3.1.2. In the process of preparing the Article for publication: — make corrections to the text of the Article indicated by the reviewers and accepted by the Editorial Board of the Journal, and/or, if necessary, at the request of the Publisher, revise the Article;
3.1.3. Not publish more than 50% of the Article in other printed and/or electronic publications in Russian without the consent of the Publisher.
3.1.4. Not use for commercial purposes and in other publications without the consent of the Publisher the electronic copy of the Article prepared by the Publisher.
3.2. The Author (Co-Authors) has the right to:
3.2.1. Use a printed or electronic preprint of an unpublished manuscript of the Article in the form and content accepted by the Publisher for publication in the Journal. Such preprints may be posted as electronic files on the website of the Author (Co-authors) or on a secure external website of the employer of the Author (Co-authors) of the Article, but not for commercial sale or systematic external distribution by a third party. In this case, the Author (Co-authors) must: — include the following notice in the preprint: "This is a preprint of the Article accepted for publication in (Journal title, (C), copyright (year). Copyright holder indicated in the Journal)"; — provide an electronic link to the Publisher's (journal's) website with the URL http://izvestia.kbsu.ru
3.2.2. The right to photocopy or distribute to colleagues, free of charge, a copy of the printed Article in whole or in part for their personal or professional use, for the advancement of academic or scientific research, or for the employer's informational purposes.
3.2.3. The right to use materials from the published Article in a book written by the Author (Co-Authors).
3.2.4. The right to use individual figures or tables and text excerpts from the Article for personal teaching purposes or for inclusion in another work, or for presentation in electronic format on an internal (protected) computer network or external website of the Author (Co-Authors) or his/her employer.
3.2.5. The right to include materials from the Article in educational collections for classroom use, for free distribution of materials to students of the Author (Co-Authors), or to store materials in electronic format on a local server for student access as part of a course of study, as well as for internal training programs at the employer's institution.
- Rights and Obligations of the Publisher
4.1. The Publisher undertakes to:
4.1.1. At its own expense, ensure review of the Article, scientific, literary and artistic-technical editing, production and/or processing of illustrative material, production of a paper or electronic original layout. Reproduction in paper and electronic form of the Journal issue with the Author's article and its distribution in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
4.1.2. Coordinate with the Author the amendments made to the Article, taking into account the terms of paragraphs 2.4 and 3.1. of this Agreement.
4.1.3. Make a justified amendment of the Author (Co-authors) to the Article in the amount of no more than three corrections per thousand characters.
- The Publisher guarantees:
— the right to the inviolability of the Article and protection from distortion, the current standard of printing works, protection of copyright from illegal use of the Article by third parties and observance of the right of authorship and the right of the Author (Co-authors) to the name.
- The Publisher has the right:
6.1. In case of any subsequent permitted use by the Author (Co-Authors) (and/or other persons) of the Journal and/or Article (including any individual part or fragment thereof), to require that the said persons provide a link to the Journal, the Publisher or other copyright holder of the Journal, the Author (Co-Authors) or other copyright holders, the title of the Article, the volume, issue of the Journal and the year of publication indicated in (on) the Journal.
6.2. At its own discretion, pay royalties for individual articles prepared by order of the Publisher (Editorial Board of the Journal), but not being the result of the performance of official duties or official assignment of the employer, at the rates established by the Publisher.
6.3. Place preliminary and/or advertising information about the upcoming publication of the Article in the media and other information sources. Establish the rules (conditions) for accepting and publishing the Journal's materials. The Editorial Board of the Journal has the exclusive right to select and/or reject materials sent to the Editorial Board of the Journal for publication. The manuscript (physical medium) sent by the Author (Co-authors) to the Editorial Board of the Journal is non-returnable. The Editorial Board of the Journal will not enter into correspondence regarding the rejection of the Article by the Editorial Board of the Journal.
- Other Terms of the Agreement
7.1. This Agreement shall enter into force if and from the moment the Editorial Board of the Journal makes a decision to accept the Article for publication and shall be valid for the period specified in paragraph 1 of this Agreement. If the Article is not accepted for publication or the Author (Co-author) withdraws the manuscript at the stage of making a decision by the Editorial Board, this Agreement shall not enter into (lose) force. If the Article is not accepted for publication, the Publisher shall notify the Author thereof, provided that the Author (Co-authors) provide the Editorial Board with contact telephone numbers (addresses).
7.2. In accordance with Article 1269 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, the Author (Co-authors) have the right to withdraw from a previously adopted decision to publish (reproduce) the Article (the right to withdraw) subject to compensation to the Publisher for damages caused by such decision. If the Article is published, the Author (Co-authors) are also obliged to publicly notify of its withdrawal. In this case, the Author (Co-authors) have the right to withdraw previously issued copies of the Article, Journal from circulation, having compensated for the damages caused by this.
7.3. In the event of claims being made against the Publisher related to the violation of exclusive copyright and other intellectual property rights of third parties during the creation of the Article, or in connection with the conclusion of this Agreement by the Author (Co-author), the Author undertakes to: — immediately, upon receipt of the Publisher's notification, take measures to resolve disputes with third parties, if necessary, enter into legal proceedings on the side of the Publisher and take all actions depending on him in order to exclude the Publisher from the number of defendants; — reimburse the Publisher for incurred legal costs, expenses and losses caused by the application of measures to secure the claim and enforce the court decision, and amounts paid to a third party for the violation of exclusive copyright and other intellectual property rights, as well as other losses incurred by the Publisher in connection with the failure of the Author (Co-authors) to comply with the guarantees provided by them under this Agreement.
7.4. The Parties have agreed that in accordance with Art. 160 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, allow and recognize the reproduction of the text of this Agreement and the signatures of the Parties on this Agreement and other documents related to its conclusion, using mechanical, electronic or other means of copying a handwritten signature and the text of the Agreement, which will have the same force as the original signature of the Party or the original document. Facsimile (electronic) copies of documents are valid and have equal legal force along with the originals.
7.5. In accordance with Art. 428 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, this Agreement is an agreement of accession (offer), the terms of which are determined by the Publisher, and can be signed by the other party only by accession to this Agreement as a whole. Submission by the Author (Co-authors) of the manuscript of the Article for publication in the Journal is considered acceptance, i.e. consent of the Authors (Co-authors) to publish the Article in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Privacy Statement
The editorial Board of the journal and the administration of the website of the journal do not transfer personal information in any way specified by the users when working with the website of the journal to third parties, except for those cases and to the extent specified in the terms of the copyright agreement.
The affiliation work and e-mail address of the authors of the manuscript accepted for publication will be published in the section "information about the authors" of the printed version of the journal and in the section "about the authors" on the page of the article on the website of the journal.
The phone number of the corresponding author will be known only to the editorial Board Secretariat and will only be used in cases of emergency.
