Submitting papers for publication, authors must follow to the following regulations:
- The authors send electronic version of the article to the editorial board of the proceedings, to e-mail address nsdobnyakov@mail.ru. The paper should be prepared as a single file including its title, author’ name(s), affiliation, abstract, full text with formulas and list of cited references. Tables and figures should be also placed in the text. The file would be called by the name of the first author. In addition, the authors present the following documents electronically:
– Scanned expert conclusion on the possibility of the publication in the open press (an electronic form is attached);
– Scanned license agreement in electronic form (pattern is attached);
– A file containing information about the author(s): name(s), academic degree, academic rank, position, full name of the institution with an indication of the faculty, the department or laboratory; e-mail; phone for communication, complete mailing address for the correspondence.
- The text should be typed in the editor «Word 97-2003», A4 format, page options: top margin – 3 cm, bottom – 3 cm, left and right – 2,5 cm, header – 1,5 cm, bottom – 2,5 cm. For the article text font – Times New Roman Cyr 14 pt, single-spaced should be used. Indentation 1,25 cm is recommended. Key phrases in the text may be italicized. Using bold, the underlining other than single line spacing and indentation spaces are not allowed. Page breaks are also not allowed. Page numbers should be placed in the center of the footer. The article should usually not exceed the volume of 8 pages with respect to the above format, including all figures and tables. Others negotiated separately.
- Mathematical and chemical symbols in formulas and equations, subscripts and superscripts in the text and figures are typed using the «MathType» mathematical editor. Formulas are located in the center of the page. The size of the main font should be Times New Roman Cyr 12 pt. Serial numbers of formulas should be indicated by Arabic numerals in parentheses and located near the right edge of the page. In the name and annotations, as well as keywords and list of literature, the formulas are typed in text, including indices. The numbers in the text are typed without the use of Mathtype formulas, for example 12 V, 27 N/m, 30%.
- The next article structure is recommended:
– UDC (at the left side of the first page, Times New Roman, 12 pt);
– Article titled in bold letters As in the sentences (centered, Times New Roman, 14 pt);
– The initials and surname of the authors (centered, Times New Roman, 12 pt);
– Affiliations, address, e-mail (centered, Times New Roman, 12 pt, italics);
– A blank line (12 pt);
– Abstract more than 150 words (should allow to evaluate the relevance and scientific novelty of the article, goals and results; no indentation, aligned in width, Times New Roman, 12 pt);
– Keywords should take not more than 3 lines (no indentation, aligned in width, Times New Roman, 12 pt, italics);
– A blank line (12 pt);
– The text of the article (aligned in width, Times New Roman, 14 pt);
– A blank line (12 pt);
– Title References in bold (Times New Roman, 14 pt, centered);
– A blank line (12 pt);
– References (aligned in width, Times New Roman, 12 pt).
– A blank line (12 pt);
– Title References in bold (Times New Roman, 14 pt, centered);
– A blank line (12 pt);
– Transliterated list of references (aligned in width, Times New Roman, 12 pt). For articles and books that have a translated version, their bibliographic description is indicated. If the article has a DOI, it is specified.
- It is necessary to adhere to the units and terminology recommended by IUPAC. All used symbols and abbreviations should be defined. Fractional part of the number should be separated by a comma. Duplication of data in the text, tables, figures and the use of tables not discussed in the text are also not allowed.
- Figures should be black and white (the quality of at least 300 dpi), the optimum size (size of the symbols and fonts should be commensurable with the font of the text) and inserted in the text after been mentioned. Caption to the figure should be located below it, font size 12 pt. Caption format “Fig. 1.” is recommended. The text of caption should be aligned in width. Please, provide pictures in an editable format in addition to article in electronic format. The graphs are accepted in the Origin format only.
- The tables should be placed in the center of the page, where they are mentioned in the text. The table name should be placed above it, font size 12 pt, name format: Table 1. The text of the name (aligned in width). If the table takes more than one page, numbering line should be provided below the header of the table on its first page in order from the left to the right. The second and subsequent pages of the Table should begin with the words “Continued table (space, number, point)”. Then numbering line is repeated. Table taken less than one page should not be broken. The cell sizes of the table should be minimized as it is possible. Only necessary digital data should be included.
- Quoted references should be numbered in order of their mentions in the text of the reference sequence number enclosed in square brackets. List of used literature is placed at the end of the article and executed without indentation in accordance with Russian State Standard 7.1-2003 (see examples). Numbering of referred materials in the text should strongly correspond to the list of references. References to the article in print or to non-published materials are not allowed.
- Authors can optionally divide the article into sections (font size – 14 pt, bold, name of the section aligned in width).
- Before bibliography, skipping the line after the main text (12 pt), without indention acknowledgments can be placed: thanks to persons, foundations, etc. (font size 12 pt, italic).
- On a separate page: the paper title, surnames and initials of the authors, abstract and keywords should be given in Russian according to the regulations presented in paragraph 4. In addition, the data on all authors are listed sequentially in Russian and English (full name, academic degree, academic title, place of work). Also authors may specify their identifiers in information databases (ORCID, Scopus, ResearchID etc.), authors must check correcness of identifiers by themselves. - The articles which do not correspond to requirement of the above regulations will be returned to authors for revision.
- The authors are responsible for the correctness of the presentation and use of technical terms. The editorial board reserves the right to edit the style of papers. Proofs of the paper style are not available for authors of proceedings.
- Passing documents to the editorial office, the author agrees to the processing of personal data (RUS) and agrees with the Order of work with personal data (RUS).
- PUBLICATION IS FREE OF CHARGE. Electronic version of the proceedings is available for all the authors.
- DEADLINE: till the 10th of September each year.
