Model for organizing professional training of cadets of universities of the EMERCOM of Russia using digital technologies

Abstract

Taking into account the peculiarities of professional activity in the process of professional training of cadets at universities of the EMERCOM of Russia, it is necessary to model the training of cadets with the possibility of a “seamless” transition to an individual trajectory, taking into account a special educational request and a return to the traditional one for the university, after eliminating gaps in academic performance. The article presents a model of professional training for cadets of universities of the EMERCOM of Russia using digital technologies, as a system for compensating for gaps in the performance of cadets with a special educational request according to an individual learning path. The model is presented as a system of interconnected conceptual-target, content-technological and evaluative-effective components. The conceptual-target component includes the idea, goal, objectives, competency-based, system-activity and subjectively oriented approaches, as well as the principles of: compliance with employer requirements, practice-oriented orientation, continuity, consciousness and activity, individualization, accessibility. The content-technological component is represented by the content and applied pedagogical means and conditions, as well as diagnostic, motivational, correctional, developmental and socializing functions. As a proprietary pedagogical tool and conditions for implementing the model, a computer system for training and monitoring the knowledge of cadets of universities of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia “ABC of the Rescuer” is proposed. The evaluation and performance component includes criteria and indicators for tracking the increase in the level of professional preparedness: the subjective position of cadets; subject, meta-subject, personal and correctional results. The article displays the results of testing the model using the example of cadet-athletes of the State Fire Service Academy of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia. An analysis of the obtained data from the initial and final diagnostics of the study was carried out. Positive dynamics of indicators of professional preparedness were revealed, expressed by the level of formation of the subjective position of cadets, as well as subject, meta-subject, personal and correctional results. The interaction of teachers with parents of cadets was realized and the level of their satisfaction with the organization of the professional training process was revealed.

1. Я (далее – «Пользователь» или «Субъект персональных данных»), осуществляя использование сайта https://journals.rcsi.science/ (далее – «Сайт»), подтверждая свою полную дееспособность даю согласие на обработку персональных данных с использованием средств автоматизации Оператору - федеральному государственному бюджетному учреждению «Российский центр научной информации» (РЦНИ), далее – «Оператор», расположенному по адресу: 119991, г. 3. Цель обработки персональных данных: анализ пользовательской активности с помощью сервиса «Яндекс.Метрика».

4. Категории субъектов персональных данных: все Пользователи Сайта, которые дали согласие на обработку файлов «cookie».

5. Способы обработки: сбор, запись, систематизация, накопление, хранение, уточнение (обновление, изменение), извлечение, использование, передача (доступ, предоставление), блокирование, удаление, уничтожение персональных данных.

6. Срок обработки и хранения: до получения от Субъекта персональных данных требования о прекращении обработки/отзыва согласия.

7. Способ отзыва: заявление об отзыве в письменном виде путём его направления на адрес электронной почты Оператора: info@rcsi.science или путем письменного обращения по юридическому адресу: 119991, г. Москва, Ленинский просп., д.32А

8. Субъект персональных данных вправе запретить своему оборудованию прием этих данных или ограничить прием этих данных. При отказе от получения таких данных или при ограничении приема данных некоторые функции Сайта могут работать некорректно. Субъект персональных данных обязуется сам настроить свое оборудование таким способом, чтобы оно обеспечивало адекватный его желаниям режим работы и уровень защиты данных файлов «cookie», Оператор не предоставляет технологических и правовых консультаций на темы подобного характера.

9. Порядок уничтожения персональных данных при достижении цели их обработки или при наступлении иных законных оснований определяется Оператором в соответствии с законодательством Российской Федерации.
