Abstract

In acute poisoning of rats with carbon tetrachloride observed polytropic xenobiotic action on the animal organism. In liver disease processes occur at the subcellular, cellular and tissue levels, blood circulation. SAMe with mikrovitamom have an effective influence on the morphology and function of the hepatobiliary system in rats.
