Territorially allocated educational establishments - modern strategy of innovative development Infrastructures of domestic education

Transformation of the external economic conditions and development of application of information-communication technologies in education and in management have led to formation of new organizational models - territorially allocated (network) educational establishments realizing educational programs on the basis of application of distant educational technologies. New approaches to the organization of educational activity and to management of network educational establishment on the basis of management of knowledge of various type and a kind, and also knowledge bases as any innovative technology, demands essential expenses at a stage of their development and introduction. For maintenance of development of network educational establishments it is necessary to improve the educational legislation, and for formation of their structure adequate to the purposes of their activity it is necessary to use modern methods of modeling.
