Abstract
Circulation of OTC-drugs at the Russian pharmaceutical market does not have strict regulations. Facts of giving different order of selling to the synonymous drugs of different trade names have been revealed. The article shows that the absence of the list of OTC-drugs leads to breaking the Consumer Protection Act, lowers the economic effectiveness of the operation of the retail pharmaceutical organizations.
