Abstract
The Article presents the stages of rendering restoratory medicine medical aid. It proposes the procedure of in-patient as well out-patient and polyclinic treatment of individuals with risk factors and patients and the requirements for sending patients for restoratory treatment and medical rehabilitation. The Article proves that the enlargement of rehabilitation and restoratory treatment complex individual programs medical institutions network would make it possible to decrease the term of incapacity for work with acute diseases, disability, especially, among able-bodied population.
