Ph.D., Professor Emeritus at the School of Psychology of Laval University in Quebec City, Canada, and President of the International Association of Applied Psychology. Since 2002, ethics and human rights are the main focus of his research and publications. He has received numerous awards for his distinguished contributions to the international advancement of psychological ethics. He was the Chair of the international working group that developed the Universal Declaration of Ethical Principles for Psychologists 2325 rue des Bibliothèques, Quebec City, Quebec, G1V 0A6, Canada
