Ways of the assessment and increase of stress resistance level

Аннотация

In article the scientific review on ways of an assessment and increase of level of a resistance to stress is submitted. It is shown in particular that more than 50% of death of the person at the present stage it is connected with defeat of cardiovascular system which sensitively reacts to a complex of factors of environment. Some methods which are used widely in practice on decrease in influence a stress of factors and stress resistance increase are shown.
