PROBLEMS OF SUSTAINABLE SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT
Abstract
The process of market reforms in Russia today faces many difficulties and challenges. One of them, in our opinion, is excessive property and social differentiation of the population, leading to significantly increasing divide society into two quite different social groups - the rich and the poor. Under these conditions, large-scale key task of our state is focused on providing social protection to all segments of society and the development of strategic mechanisms for effective social policy. The goal is to develop strategic guidelines, allowing to overcome poverty and to reduce socio-economic inequalities. The author proposes to solve the following main tasks: to analyze the structure of money income of the population; to assess indicators of social tension; to identify the relationship between social justice and economic efficiency; to propose a set of measures that contribute to reducing socio-economic inequalities. The research is aimed at ensuring sustainable social development. The article made using the tools of system analysis

QUANTITATIVE ANALYSIS OF THE CONSEQUENCES OF KYRGYZ REPUBLIC ENTRY TO THE CUSTOM UNION(the case of textile industry)
Abstract
The article gives a quantitative assessment of losses of Kyrgyzstan and its key trading partner China as a result of increasing of import duties on textiles and clothing because of joining of Kyrgyzstan to the Customs union of Eurasian Economic Union, as well as evaluation and justification of the amounts of possible compensations to Kyrgyzstan and China from the Russian Federation. The following methodology is used: the Harmonized Commodity Description and Coding System (HS6) of 2007 and the least squares method. The Author›s model combines the parameters of the domestic production, domestic consumption, import and export of textile raw materials, semi-finished and finished products of Kyrgyzstan, and also it involves the calculation of the weighted average customs tariff and a corresponding change in import duties. The possible losses of Kyrgyzstan and China are estimated at 560 million USD annually. The arguments in favor of reducing the compensation from the Russian Federation are offered. BRICS COUNTRIES IN INTERNATIONAL INNOVATION RANKINGS
Abstract
The BRICS countries (China, Russia, Brazil, India and South Africa) are the largest emerging markets which are undergoing the processes of economic modernization and restructuring and taking the leading positions on many indicators on the global arena, extending beyond the regional scale. In the article, the positions of the BRICS countries in the international rankings of innovation capabilities will be considered in comparison with the leaders of the global economy. The recommendations for the best results of the BRICS were presented in the article

NEW ENERGY LANDSCAPE IN THE MIDDLE EAST
Abstract
This article discusses the latest developments in the Middle East energy market, the impact of international events on it. Substantiates necessity of a thorough study of the problems in the energy security. Analyzes the position of the world’s leading players on the world stage on issues of energy supply and economic changes associated with the emergence of the latest technologies for the extraction of raw materials, energy consumption growth and the subsequent formation of a new energy landscape in the Middle East. Energy diplomacy as an instrument of foreign policy considered at the global and regional levels to reflect changes in the energy policy of the leading oil-producing countries in the Middle East. Through studying Russian and foreign experience, the authors conclude that to build a secure energy landscape in the Middle East one should follow the main principles - diversification of supplies and intra constructive dialogue

FORMATION OF ACCOUNTING SYSTEM IN A GLOBALIZED ECONOMY
Abstract
The article describes the approaches to the formation of the system of accounting in a globalizing world economy and the need to integrate accounting system in Russia with international Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). It was found that the processes of globalization have a major impact on the development of the domestic accounting, under the influence of globalization, the development of the national accounting system will be primarily for the benefit of meeting the needs of management on a global scale in the strategic perspective. ANALYSIS OF BALANCED PERFORMANCE FROMTHE PERSPECTIVE OF SOCIAL AND INTEGRATED LOGISTICS
Abstract
In this article from the perspective of social and integrated logistics analyzes the main technical and economic parameters of one of the first companies in the electronics industry of our country - JSC “Optron”. It is shown that in 2002 the company management was carried out its logistics analysis and proposals, following which, the factory will become a highly profitable enterprise. Among the most significant proposals were: optimization of the circuit within the enterprise resource production and commercial unit, the introduction of non-tariff forms of remuneration, etc. This, in particular, by the annual report Shareholders’ Meeting JSC “Optron” for 2013.

ECONOMIC IMPACTS OF THE SEA LEVEL CHANGES FOR COASTAL INFRASTRUCTURE
Abstract
Recent Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) scientific research conclusively proved that the dominant cause of climate change and global warming is anthropogenic greenhouse effect. Climate change, caused by the humanity industrial development in the last 100 years going too fast and the modern society can not ignore it now. There is a risk of strong and abrupt changes, by 2050 global warming can increase to 2-5 °C. The destruction of the ice sheets of Greenland and Antarctica leading to sea level rise and alter the boundaries of shoreline is the most dangerous. According to current climate models in the 21st century warming even 1,4 °C would be stronger than in the past 10,000 years. Global ecosystem and humanity are not ready even for such “optimistic” scenario changes. In the case of “worst” scenario of temperature increase to 5,8 °C the effects from climate change and as a result the sea level rise would be catastrophic.
