Аннотация
The article looks at the process of preparing a new nomenclature of scientific specialties in Russia. Special attention is paid to the development of a model of the nomenclatur of scientific specialties in law. The reasons for optimising the current nomenclature of scientific specialities are analysed as well the goals and objectives are set up for developers in regard to this document. A new design of scientific specialties in law is presented. Attention is drawn to its features, including compactness and avoiding excessive differentiation of scientific branches.
