Тенденции и уроки антикризисного правового регулирования в период пандемии COVID-19

Аннотация
Предпринята попытка структурировать то влияние, которое оказала пандемия коронавируса на социально-политическую организацию общества и правовое регулирование. Авторы предлагают свое видение наиболее значимых изменений, происшедших в различных сферах жизнедеятельности общества. Пандемия продемонстрировала противоположные эффекты цифровизации (как сугубо позитивные с точки зрения социального прогресса и устойчивого развития, так и крайне негативные). Кроме этого, в период «противовирусного регулирования» спонтанным образом были заложены определенные тенденции и шаблоны правового регулирования, которые могут привести к принципиальным и критическим изменениям в правовой системе. В заключении формулируются тенденции, намеченные пандемией, и авторские предложения, которые позволили бы учесть экстремальный опыт выживания в условиях вирусной угрозы и выйти в постпандемический мир с минимальными потерями.
