Abstract
The paper investigated the problem of medical errors as encroachments on the rights of patients. On the constitutional and legal point of view, studied the nature, types and conditions for the occurrence of medical errors. Given the author's definition of medical errors. Author presents suggestions for reducing (alleviate) the problem of medical errors.
