Russian originality of civil procedure. Part 2

Resumo

This article continues to analyze the specifities of the Russian civil procedure. The author argues his own concept of the Soviet civil procedure and describes its differences from the civil and common law types of civil procedure. He also analyses the evolution of the Russian original procedural norms since the first Soviet statutes until the modern Russian Procedural Code of 2002.
