Author Guidelines

Articles are subject to mandatory peer review and are tested for the originality of the text by the Anti-Plagiarism program. The recommended level is at least 80%. Text manipulation is not allowed.

The information about the authors is attached to the manuscript.: Full name, academic degree, academic title, position, place of work (in detail, without abbreviations), postal code, address, contact phone number, e-mail of each co-author (Appendix 1).

Graduate students must provide a recommendation signed by the supervisor and certified at his place of work.

The text of the article should be carefully edited. In the file before the beginning of the article, the following are indicated: UDC, BBK, author's mark. Before presenting the text, the author should provide a short abstract in Russian and English (no less than 100 and no more than 200 words), keywords (no more than 10), as well as a translation of the title of the article and information about the authors into English.

The abstract should include a description of the main topic, the problems of the scientific article, the objectives of the work and its results. The annotation indicates what is new in this article in comparison with others related in subject and purpose.

When using abbreviated names in the text, it is necessary to decipher them; you should limit yourself to generally accepted abbreviations and avoid new ones without sufficient justification. When choosing units of measurement, it is recommended to follow the international SI system of units.

The material in the article should be presented in a structured manner, highlighting the following sections:

  1. Introduction. This section should contain an argumentation of the relevance of the topic, the formulation of the purpose and importance of the research.
  2. Materials and methods. This section should contain a description of the research methods and an analysis of the degree of development of the research subject.
  3. Results and discussion. This section may contain a discussion of well-known positions and points of view, a description of one's own observations, an analysis of facts and evidence, the nomination of one's own hypotheses, justification and presentation of the results.
  4. Conclusion. This section contains theses, conclusions and recommendations.

The length of the article is at least 6 pages (excluding the list of references). The maximum length of the article is 20 pages.

Articles should be prepared in a Word text editor in A4 format. Page parameters: all margins – 2.0 cm; orientation – portrait; font – Times New Roman, alignment – width; size – 12; line spacing – 1; paragraph indentation – 1.0 cm.

Figures, tables, and formulas are typed in the Word editor. It is also possible to create and present graphs using Excel spreadsheet processors. Drawings and graphs are presented only in black and white. When presenting color drawings, the author must first check their quality when using black and white printing. Its number and caption are located under the drawing. All figures in the text are referenced (for example, Figure 1). It is advisable to additionally save each figure in a separate file.

Drawings should allow for movement in the text and the possibility of resizing. The scanned image used in the text must have a resolution of at least 300 dots per inch.

Scanned formulas, graphs and tables are not allowed.

When designing mathematical formulas, you should use the Microsoft Equation 3.0 formula editor. The use of other programs must be previously agreed with the editors. The editorial board does not impose restrictions on the number and complexity of formulas. The formulas in the printouts must be carefully verified by the author, who bears full responsibility for them.

Dimensions in the mathematical editor (in order of priority): regular – 12 pt; large index – 7 pt; small index – 5 pt; large symbol – 18 pt; small symbol – 12 pt.

When making tables, the word "Table" is written above the table in the main font (see point 3), then after the space, its number is aligned to the right edge of the table. On the next line, without paragraph indentation and centered alignment, the table heading follows. All tables in the text are referenced (for example, Table 1).

At the end of the article, a list of references is provided, containing no more than 15 sources (Notes:). The number of the source in the list of references is indicated in square brackets in the order of reference to it in the text in accordance with GOST 7.1−2003. Example of links to sources: [1], [1, 2], [1, 3-7], [2, p. 321]. The list should contain only those sources that are referenced in the text. References to unpublished works are not allowed. The acceptable rate of self–citation is no more than 2.

The editorial board reserves the right not to include articles in the journal that do not meet the requirements, including the length of the text, the design of tables and illustrations.

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with each of the following items, and submissions that do not adhere to these guidelines may be returned to the authors.

  • Methodological recommendations for compiling lists of used sources and literature

In connection with the Order of the Federal Agency for Technical Regulation and Metrology dated 02/11/2020 No. 37-st, from June 1, 2020, the application of GOST 7.1-2003 "Bibliographic record. Bibliographic description. General requirements and rules of compilation", and GOST R 7.0.100-2018 "Bibliographic record. Bibliographic description. General requirements and rules of compilation".

This standard is introduced in order to unify the bibliographic description of all types of information resources in accordance with international rules, as well as to ensure the compatibility of data and information exchange processes at the national and international levels.

This standard has been developed on the basis of the International Standard rules for bibliographic description ISBD (International Standard Bibliographic Description), the latest version of the consolidated edition in 2011. The international rules are adapted to the domestic practice of bibliography.

The source of information for compiling a bibliographic record is the title page (the title page and the back of the title page), the title screen.

The bibliographic record in the list of references should contain the following elements of bibliographic characteristics:

    • The main title is the actual title of the resource, assigned to it by the author, compiler, publisher or manufacturer, given in the form in which it is given in the prescribed source of information, in the same sequence and with the same grammatical signs.
    • Information about responsibility – information about the individuals and organizations involved in the creation of the resource.
    • Information about the publication contains information about reprints, reprints, and special forms of reproduction of the publication. They usually contain words or numbers indicating the serial number of the publication, the word "edition", the words "version", "variant", "issue", "revision", "reprint", etc. or their equivalents in other languages, as well as other terms that distinguish it from previous editions.
    • Additional information about the publication. Information is provided in the description if the prescribed source of information contains separately formulated additional information about the features of this reissue. They are written down after the previous information of the publication area and separated by a comma.
    • The place of publication, production and/or distribution. If several places of publication, production and/or distribution are indicated, then the name highlighted by the printing method or indicated first in the prescribed source of information is given. Preference may be given to the place of publication, production and/or distribution of the country in which the bibliographic organization is located.

Omitted information is marked with the abbreviation "[et al.]" or its Latin equivalent "[et al.]", given in square brackets.

    • The name of the publisher, manufacturer, and/or distributor. The name of the publisher, producer and/or distributor is given after the name of the place of publication, production and/or distribution to which it refers, preceded by the prescribed "colon" sign.

Information is provided in the form in which it is indicated in the prescribed source of information, retaining words or phrases indicating the functions performed by the person or organization. Information about the publishing function expressed by the words "publishing house", "publisher", "publishing group", "publishing house", etc., is omitted if there is a thematic name.

Information about the form of a legal entity – publisher, manufacturer, and/or distributor (NCO, FSBI, JSC, PAO, Ltd, Inc., GmbH, etc.) is usually omitted.

    • Date of publication, production and/or distribution. The date is the year of publication, production, and/or distribution of the resource being described. The date according to the Gregorian calendar is indicated in Arabic numerals, preceded by a comma.
    • Information about the volume (number of pages)
    • Notes (for electronic resources)

A period is placed at the end of the bibliographic description.

The new GOST minimizes abbreviations: the continuation of the title, information about responsibility, and the place of publication (city) are written in full.

It is recommended to provide a single list of references to the work as a whole. In this case, each source is mentioned in the list once, regardless of how often it is referenced in the text of the work.

The most convenient is the alphabetical arrangement of the material without dividing it into parts by type (for example: books, articles), since in this case the works are collected in author complexes. The works of one author are arranged in the list alphabetically by title or by year of publication, in direct chronological order (this grouping order allows you to follow the dynamics of a particular author's views on a problem).

If the list of sources is in languages other than Russian, an additional alphabetical row is formed. At the same time, bibliographic records in foreign European languages are combined into one row.
