ON RITUAL IN DISCOURSE OF CULTURALOGICAL KNOWLEDGE

Abstract

In the changing culture, social projections of ritual codify various types of relationships and are very important for the interpretation of semantic meanings of the crisis society. Modern symptoms of de-ritualization of society come into conflict with the imperatives of viability and survival of globalizing culture and require clarification of this subject in the discourse of cultural knowledge. Is the post-industrial civilization able to do without the sacred values and ritual practices? There is a need to clarify the meaning and significance of a ritual as a specific mode of culture reorganization. It is important to consider the ritual in conjunction with and in cognitive projections of historical and contemporary, local and global, specific and universal.
