Abstract
In the given article the author studies the differences between dogmatic and research thinking in the jurisprudence, which were determined by T. Fiveg in his latest works, and the author tries to correlate these types of thinking with the distinguished problematic and systemic types. The degree of their correlation and their differences are the purpose of the analysis.
