Abstract
This paper presents a comparative analysis of the efficiency of the establishment of cerebral blood flow in trombectomy using stent retriver on the background of the blockade of cerebral blood flow with the use of occlusive guiding catheter and without blockade of cerebral blood flow. 22 patients with acute ischemic stroke in the middle cerebral artery were operated on.
