Essential arterial hypertension and the Secondary cerebrovascular arterial hypertension

Traditionally the terms of Essential arterial hypertension and the Secondary arterial hypertension are the excluded terms. The aim of investigation is to reveal the relationship between the essential arterial hypertension and the secondary arterial hypertension with the hemodynamically important stenosis of carotid bifurcation. We marked out the special type of the secondary arterial hypertension – cerebrovascular, described main types of it. We insist in necessity of formulating the diagnosis of arterial hypertension of mixed genesis, when there’re some reasons of the high blood pressure.
