Abstract
It is developed and introduced slanting pararectal miniaccess to a dome of a blind gut
at an acute appendicitis (a priority № 2007136713/14 (040142) from 03.10.2007., the positive
decision from 19.08.2008.). Indications for miniaccess use are defined. For an estimation
of an operational trauma the comparative analysis of changes leukocytes an index of an
intoxication, dynamics leukocytosis, temperature reaction of an organism, level of S-jet fiber
and circulating immune complexes is carried out. Advantages and lacks of the offered access
are revealed. Duration of operation appendectomy from miniaccess averaged 39,5 minutes,
at traditional access - 46 minutes. Time of a finding of patients in a hospital with 8,75 till 6,1
days has decreased.
