NON-INVASIVE TECHNIQUES FOR DIAGNOSTICS OF SKIN NEOPLASMS

Abstract

The article presents the data on epidemiology and diagnostic techniques of cutaneous melanoma. New method of skin neoplasms diagnosics is suggested. Objective of the research is to develop a new method of early non-invasive differential diagnostics of skin neoplasms. The results of resonance Raman spectroscopy of human skin neoplasms in vitro and in vivo are analyzed. The article demonstrates that this method of original two-stage phase analysis of obtained parameters possesses high sensitivity and specificity scores. Conclusions: new technique of early non-invasive skin neoplasms diagnosis is suggested.
