 Any independent and the self-respecting person, who is striving to achieve something meaningful in life, one day finds himself faced with the choice of the path of the own formation. By this time, the most successful persons have already understood clearly that they are primarily responsible themselves for their fate. The situational and long-term decisions are influenced by the external environment, the society, and the world. However, this influence, which is expressed in various forms of practice and in the complex interaction of developing systems of meanings, could be both positive and negative. The most important way to recognize the quality of information, the constructiveness or destructiveness of real processes, as well as the development of experience to participate fruitfully in the life of society, to work effectively for the benefit of society is education and the obtaining of the profession. However, education is perceived differently by students. And people study at the same conditions differently. Their future life, success, and fate depend largely at those conditions.

 Nowadays the issue of the use of matronymic is increasingly discussed in scientific literature and by practitioners and citizens as well. The ambiguity of this term as a component of the principle of gender equality raises the question of the need for a more thorough study of current Russian legislation, international acts and established practice on this issue.

In this area, it is necessary to maintain a balance between legal norms which stipulate the impossibility of discrimination on the basis of sex, as well as family traditional values and the interests of children. Only a formal approach in interpreting the term “matronymic” is unacceptable.

 The article is devoted to the problems of restricting housing rights in extraordinary conditions, the advisability of using state coercive measures in the interests of national security. In a difficult political situation, the state prioritizes the protection and restoration of the fundamental constitutional rights of citizens, in particular the right to decent housing and its inviolability.

The goals of the study are to determine the role of the right to housing in the system of inalienable human rights, to review the procedure for applying a restrictive measure of the right to housing  the seizure of a land plot with a residential building located on it for state and municipal needs, to study practical examples of restrictions and proportionate restoration of housing rights in unforeseen situations of a national scale.

The result of the study is a conclusion about the clear modern implementation by the state of one of the most important functions  ensuring a balance of private and public interests when applying restrictive measures and proportionate compensation for violated rights.

The establishment of administrative supervision is an administrative-sanctioning process, that is, a complex activity of competent courts (judges) regulated by administrative procedural legislation to resolve cases of official approval or resolution by a court (judge), as well as recognition by a court (judge) of correct individual, publicly significant administrative-restrictive or administrative-protective decisions and the actions of the public administration. Changing the current legislation by excluding this category of administrative cases from the Code of Administrative Procedure of the Russian Federation will make it possible to more effectively consider the issue of appointing administrative supervision, taking into account the behavior of the supervised person, the crime committed and other significant circumstances, and in addition will allow to redistribute the burden between the judicial and executive authorities.

 The article is devoted to the study of the problems of digitalization penetration into the classical legal institutions of inheritance law. Cryptocurrency as a new element of the changing world is gradually becoming one of the key ways to preserve and increase wealth. The relevance of the issue of the possibility of transferring savings existing exclusively in the digital reality as inheritance is also beyond doubt. Reforming the institutions of inheritance law, development of new ways of transferring inheritance require proper analysis of the problems associated with the inclusion of new specific objects in the inheritance mass and subsequent transfer.

 The strategic objectives of the state for the coming period until 2030 are not only the support and development of small and medium-sized businesses, but also ensuring economic stability. The current economic situation is significantly complicated by the sanctions pressure exerted on our country. As a consequence, changes in social reality and living conditions of Russian society necessitate adjustments to criminal law policy in the field of business activity. The problem of the lack of clear systemic regulation of issues of criminal law policy in the Russian state, both in a general sense and in the field of business activity, has been identified. The author comes to the conclusion about the duality of the directions of criminal legal policy in the field of entrepreneurial activity, within the framework of which it is proposed to improve: firstly, to develop and adopt the Concept of criminal legal policy in the field of entrepreneurial economic activity; secondly, to revise the criminal law provisions contained in Chapter 22 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation in order to bring them into line with current challenges and threats, as well as the priority needs of the institution of entrepreneurial activity in Russia.

 This article raises the issue of regulating private and public interests within the framework of agricultural lands. The work provides statistics to confirm the relevance of the issue. In addition, the problems posed in the work are broadly analyzed, resolution options are considered, as well as development prospects. The result is the formulation of specific conditions for the interaction of private and public interests within agricultural lands for achieving its’ mutually beneficial balance.

 Nowadays there are many factors that negatively affect the country’s economy: geopolitics, inflation, infrastructure risks and global financial crises. This negatively affects the economic stability of Russia and the capital of ordinary citizens. As a result, domestic investors are asking how they can achieve financial stability and ensure a financially independent future. The purpose of the article is to convey to society the prospects for investment activity within our country, to analyze the general level of financial literacy of the population, to study current information about the stock market of the Russian Federation and investment strategies that, in our opinion, are the most effective for this market.
