Modern problems of the implementation of restoration activities: a factor of economic security

the article analyzes restoration activities from the point of view of economic security, highlighting the problems of corruption, inefficient financing and poor quality of work. The impact of restoration on the economy, including job creation and tourism development, is considered. The author suggests the introduction of digital technologies such as blockchain and BIM to increase transparency and control. The author pays special attention to the specifics of combating corruption in the field of restoration activities. It should be noted that the specifics of the organization of the public procurement system in the allocation of projects impose their own characteristics on the development of a set of counteraction measures. Such features include the need to assess the departure from the stated restoration technology and deviations from design solutions. It should also be noted that the economic assessment of the work on the preservation of the cultural heritage site has a number of indicators approved by regulatory legal acts, which the contractor must comply with during the restoration work.
