Abstract
The objective of the research presented in the article was to analyze provenance and modern paradigm of slogans bearing national-socialist connotation and most frequently used in German socio-political discourse. Within the course of the research discourse analysis method along with linguocultural analysis method have been applied. Scientific works of Russian and German linguists dealing with nature and performance of slogans and the Third Reich language as well as publications on German mass media websites for the period 2023-2024 served as research materials. As a result of the research the conclusion about the existence stability of slogans prohibited by law in public debate and social networks is drawn; cases of functional range expansion of the above mentioned slogans along with their infiltration into advertising genre are pointed out.
