Resumo
This article discusses the features of the industrial novel in the literature of the Turkic peoples of the former USSR. Reflecting on the processes of the formation of the industrial novel as part of the literature of the Turkic peoples of the former USSR, the author reveals the fact that the first industrial novels arose under the influence of Russian Soviet literature, in particular, such works as the “Blast furnace” by N. Lyashko and the “Cement” by F. Gladkov. The policy of the nationalization of the literature made an irreversible process of forming a new genre modification, which served as the propaganda of the country’s industrialization policy.
