In the presented structure, which includes four components of step-by-step management of systematic training activities (target, content-technological, practical-activity, informational), the author highlights the last one – informational. It fully complements traditional formats and practices of fitness classes for physical and special training, allowing you to rationally distribute time resources in favor of acquiring other additional (dance and/or information) skills and abilities.
