Pedagogical aspects of developing legal consciousness in young people in the modern socio-cultural space

this article examines a set of pedagogical mechanisms that facilitate the development of legal awareness in minors in the context of a dynamically changing social environment. Legal education, as an integral component of individual civic development, is aimed at achieving a strategic objective: the holistic development of legal awareness in the younger generation. This pedagogical process presupposes the consistent and systematic development of legal awareness, the assimilation of legal norms and values, and the formation of a stable readiness for lawful social behavior. Through legal education, legal principles are deeply internalized, transforming them from external prescriptions into internal convictions. Integrating into the broader context of civic education, legal education promotes the development of an active civic stance, the development of social responsibility, and an understanding of the individual's role in the legal space of society. This is not simply the assimilation of legal norms, but the development of a holistic legal culture as the most important quality of a mature individual. The need for targeted work to develop legal competence in adolescence and young adulthood is driven by a complex set of factors associated with the psychological and social immaturity of minors.
