Current views on the role of psychosomatic factors in the occurrence and development of cardiovascular diseases

the work is aimed at studying the degree of influence of psychological factors on the functional state of the cardiovascular system. In the course of the study, it was necessary to study the attitude of modern citizens to the role of psychosomatic disorders on the occurrence and development of pathologies of the circulatory system. This article presents the materials of a study conducted in the Altai Territory, we interviewed (N=108), 82.4% of them women and 17.6% men, aged 18 to 65 years. 85.6% of the respondents noted problems related to cardiovascular diseases, and only 14.4% of them had no such problems. The income level of the respondents was also studied and it was revealed that people with incomes other than the average (either lower or higher) are most at risk of developing circulatory system pathology. It is noted that the biggest role in the appearance and development of circulatory system pathology, in addition to hereditary factors, chronic diseases, obesity, income level and marital status, is played by psychological factors, psycho-emotional stress, including the era of informatization of modern society.
