Аннотация
In the article, based on the study of GKO materials that became available to the historical public as a result of declassification, the author considers the creation and development of reparation mechanisms. Interesting examples of this still little-studied process are given both in the field of ensuring the scientific potential of our science, and in the fields of communications and construction.
