Abstract
The ancient necropolis of the monastery is an architectural ensemble, rich monument and the source of the history of urban sculpture. In it reflected the rich history of our country and the world. An analysis of historical necropolises, burials and cemeteries emphasizes their economic content and, at the same time, the absence of legal foundations that fix the procedures and costs for burials from Tsarist Russia to the present.
