Aims and Scope
Imagine having an indispensable assistant who carefully stores your ideas, projects, and developments. At any time, should you wish, you can commission them to share your ideas, projects, and developments with millions of people around the world. Now imagine your assistant selecting the best ideas, projects, and developments, assigning them DOIs, and carefully maintaining and updating your publication's metadata. We present to you the ELECTRONIC ONLINE PUBLICATION "OPENSCIENCE."
The journal was created to cover current economic issues in the fields of regional and industry economics, administration, and management. The editorial board's policy is based on modern copyright legal requirements set forth in Russian legislation and the ethical principles supported by the community of leading scientific periodical publishers. The journal's policy is aimed at developing active and effective communication within the scientific and professional community, creating an open platform for dialogue and knowledge exchange between leading scholars and practitioners, contributing to the improvement of the quality of research in economics and management.
Published four times a year.
It is included in the List of peer-reviewed scientific publications in which the main scientific results of dissertations for the degree of candidate of science and for the degree of doctor of science must be published (see the list of the Higher Attestation Commission of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia). It is indexed by the Russian Science Citation Index (RSCI), and has a DOI and EDN. It is in quartile 3 of the Higher Attestation Commission. White List level 4.

Peer Review Process
The review process is organized by the Editor-in-Chief/Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the Journal. The selection of expert reviewers is the responsibility of the Editorial Board. Reviewers are appointed based on their specialization and qualifications, taking into account the subject matter of the scientific article submitted to the Editorial Board. Reviewers may include members of the Journal's Editorial Board or other highly qualified scholars and specialists with in-depth professional knowledge and experience in a specific scientific field and at least three years of publication experience on the subject matter of the articles being reviewed.
Each reviewer has the right to decline to review if there is a clear conflict of interest that affects the perception and interpretation of the manuscript. Reviewers are informed that the manuscripts submitted to them are the result of intellectual activity, eligible for legal protection, and are classified as confidential information. Reviewers are not provided with author information. The review process is double-blind: the author is not informed of the reviewer(s)' details, and vice versa. The review period is 21–60 days, but may be adjusted during the editorial process.
