Нейроповеденческие эффекты холинергических веществ в пренатальном периоде

Аннотация
Экологические токсиканты, химические вещества, проявляющие холинотропные свойства, и лекарственные препараты — агонисты и антагонисты М- и Н-холинорецепторов, воздействуя на развивающийся мозг плода в эмбриональном периоде онтогенеза, вызывают изменение активности холинергических механизмов головного мозга в критические сроки пренатального развития с последующим нарушением формирования различных систем мозга, в первую очередь онтогенеза нервных клеток и нейромедиаторных систем мозга. Эти изменения в отдаленном периоде коррелируют с нейроповеденческими дефицитами у взрослых особей и дисфункцией репродуктивной системы у взрослого потомства. Актуальность исследования пренатальных эффектов холинергических факторов на центральные механизмы репродуктивной функции, процессы памяти и обучения в ходе онтогенетического развития организма обусловлена необходимостью профилактики и лечения последующих психических, поведенческих и половых дисфункций, аномального полового поведения, а также бесплодия.
