海洋设备水下技术设备专业操作人员牙齿状况的特点

详细
论证。海军专家专业活动的一个特点是操作员工作和船舶宜居性的一系列特定不利因素对机体的系统影响,这些不利因素不仅为躯体病变的形成创造了先决条件,也为牙齿病变的形成创造了先决条件。研究的目的是对水下海洋设备技术手段专业操作人员和圣彼得堡卫戍部队军官的牙齿状况进行比较 分析。
材料和方法。对 66 名合同军人的牙齿成分进行了回顾性研究。主要群体包括 37 名水下技术设备操作员,年龄在 32-56 岁之间,平均年龄为 44.7 ± 5.7 岁。对照组包括29名圣彼得堡驻军军官, 年龄在 39-52 岁之间,平均年龄为 46.3 ± 3.2 岁。根据龋齿过程强度系数的值评估牙齿状况,牙齿护理水平则通过 P.A. Leus 的公认公式进行评估。
结果。研究发现,水下技术设备操作员的牙齿状况以龋齿和拔牙数量明显较少而著称。龋坏过程强度系数虽然没有统计学差异,但(10 个单位)低于对比组(11 个单位)。这些特征自然地反映在牙科护理水平指标的可靠差异中。在潜艇操作员群体中,该指标为 92.4% ± 14.1%,而在圣彼得堡卫戍部队军官群体中,该指标为 57.1% ± 18.4%。将患者按年龄(青年、中年)划分为不同分组时,研究指标没有发现差异。
结论。尽管职业活动条件特殊,但水下技术设备操作员的牙齿状况和牙齿保健指数仍优于圣彼得堡卫戍部队军官。这不仅是因为水下设备操作员的牙齿治疗和预防水平较高,还可以归因于水下技术设备操作员在长时间自主航行中保持牙齿健康的更好动力。
