北约集团军事人员急救组织的当前方面 (以德国联邦国防军为例)

详细
研究目的。分析专门研究北约国家军队现有伤员急救系统特点的文献资料,包括军人培训过程组织方面的资料。
材料与方法。研究方法包括分析从e-Library和 PubMed 等国内外数据库中选取的科学出版物。采用了内容分析法、综合法、历史比较法和书目研究法。
结果与讨论。本研究探讨了北约集团国家(以联邦国防军为例)为军人提供急救的组织工作中热点 问题。研究表明,伤员急救系统以战术医学原则为基础,包括军人在作战行动的 “红区”和 “黄区” 拥有的救护算法及后送至医疗救护阶段的途径。需要强调的是,为了在战场上迅速有效地实施自救和互救措施,北约军人必须接受使用标准个人急救包的相关培训。结果显示,德国联邦国防军成功实施了一项培训计划,包括两个相互衔接的医疗培训课程:初级培训课程(课程 “A”)和特殊医疗培训课程(课程“B”)。只有成功完成这两个培训课程的士兵才能在战斗和紧急情况下实施急救。
结论。据透露,在初始军事训练的框架内,受训人员掌握了“C-A-B-C-D-E”急救方案中的分步骤措施。随后的特殊医疗培训课程旨在教授军人在尽可能接近实战的条件下采取紧急抢救措施。
