Аннотация
Одним из факторов, значительно снижающих результативность программ экстракорпорального оплодотворения, является «бедный» ответ на стимуляцию функции яичников. Ведение пациенток с таким ответом остается нерешенным вопросом в программах вспомогательных репродуктивных технологий. Сложности во многом определены гетерогенностью групп этих пациенток и необходимостью персонифицированного подхода к овариальной стимуляции. В работе отражены данные мировой литературы по тактике ведения пациенток с «бедным» ответом в соответствии с классификацией POSEIDON с целью повысить количество и качество получаемых ооцитов, и показатели клинической беременности.
