Abstract
This peer-reviewed publication contains up-to-date classifications of 30 major internal diseases. It not only reproduces the classifications themselves, recommended by famous clinicians or put forward and approved by various scientific forums, congresses, congresses, but, most importantly, these classifications are supplemented by interesting and well-argued comments of the editor of the publication - an experienced and erudite clinician. In addition, there are examples of specific formulations of diagnoses within these classifications, and, as a rule, the most frequent variants of various diagnostic situations and, consequently, formulations, are provided in practice. This very interesting and highly responsible, truly scientific and clinical part of the publication makes it especially useful both for the student at the level of his clinical education, training and formation as a future diagnostician and clinician, and for the mature and experienced internist.
