Comparative histochemical characteristic of different parts of cerebral cortex in rats after irradiation
Abstract
The activity of energetic metabolism enzymes was studied in neocortex, archicortx and paleocortex of male-rats in experiment after their irradiation in a doze of 1,0 Gy. The comparison of histochemical indicators in the studied parts of brain has been carried out.

Great scientist and the genius of medical sciences: the 130-anniver-sary of the death of N.I. Pirogov
Abstract
In an article on the 130th anniversary of the death of N.I. Pirogov, analysis of works N.I. Pirogov, which formed the foundation for the development of the modern fields of medicine. Works N.I. Pirogov covered a broad range of issues critical surgery, clinical, theoretical and experimental medicine, anatomy, general pathology, pathological anatomy, such as clinical and biological analysis of inflammation, abscesses, bone disease, infectious diseases and their control. Much attention N.I. Pirogov gave experimental studies on the development of collateral circulation, pathology of wound healing, shock, on plastic surgery. N.I. Pirogov – the creator of topographic (surgical) anatomy, pathology, policy makers, scientist, thinker and teacher.

Gene pharmacotherapy Inoperable patients with chronic lower limb ischemia
Abstract
The article presents the results of the comparative six-month surveillance inoperable patients with atherosclerosis of lower extremities with clinical manifestations in the form of intermittent claudication (IIa-III century. AVPokrovskii to Fontaine), which are composed of conservative therapy received the drug genterapevtichesky "Neovaskulgen", a plasmid with the gene structure of vascular endothelial growth factor. The study included 50 patients (35 – in the clinical group and 15 – in the control group). The drug was administered intramuscularly, as close as possible to areas of ischemia, twice, at doses of 1.2 mg, with an interval of 14 days. Patients kontralirovlai: the length of pain-free walking distance, ankle-brachial index, transcutaneous oxygen napryazhdenie determined, the linear velocity of blood flow in the affected segment. It is established that in the clinical group were significantly increasing the length of pain-free walking distance, the linear velocity krovtoka. To a lesser extent the other indicators are growing. In the control group had deterioration of patients. The obtained results show the effectiveness of the drug "Neovaskulgen."

Pharmacokinetic of simvastatin at experimental hypothyreosis
Abstract
In article data of the research devoted to studying of pharmacokinetic of simvastatin at experimental hypothyreosis are resulted. It is shown changes of pharmacokinetic parameters of main metabolite of drug – β-hydroxyacid of simvastatin, which says about decrease of bioavailability and correlation of these changes with level of T4.

Physiological aspects of adaptation of cadets of academy FSIN of Russia to physical activities
Abstract
In this article some aspects of adaptation to physical activities of cadets of Academy FSIN of Russia are considered. 98 cadets with high (48 cadets) and low (50 cadets) success of physical training have been surveyed. In order to analyze the heart rate variability a complex "Varicard" and ISKIM-6 software have been used. Results of research specify in distinctions of mechanisms of adaptation in groups.

Influence of the thyroxine on the functional activity of the р-glycoprotein in the experiment
Abstract
In the research on the rabbits influence of a L-thyroxine on the activity of the protein- transporter Р-glycoprotein (Pgp) was studied. Activity of the Pgp was investigated on the pharmacokinetics of its marker substrate fexofenadine. It was established that introduction of a L-thyroxine within 14 days lead to dose-dependent rising of Рgp activity.

Peculiarities of ventilation disorders in the patients with inner organs pathology
Abstract
Hyperventilation syndrome is a very acute problem of general medicine. It can be seen in patients with inner organs pathology. The aim of our investigation was to reveal the peculiarities of ventilation disorders in the patients with bronchial asthma, arterial hypertension and GIT pathology. 70 people were examined. It was established that patients with arterial hypertension were revealed ventilation disorders more often. These patients also had breathing pattern disorders.

Predictors of poor prognosis in chronic heart failure
Abstract
he estimation of prognosis and identification of mortality predictors in CHF patients are one of the important clinical goals. 4-year survival rate in 167 patients with verified CHF NYHA I-IV, revealed by screening of representative sample in Ryazan region, is 76,6%. The main factors impairing prognosis in population are age and functional class of CHF.

Influence of metabolic syndrome on the course of bronchial asthma
Abstract
To estimate how metabolic syndrome influences the course of bronchial asthma we investigated 46 patients, 35 of them were diagnosed with metabolic syndrome. We established that in the patients with association of asthma and metabolic syndrome respiratory function and asthma control were significantly lower than in patients without metabolic syndrome. Also we established the inverse relation between the degree of obesity, abdominal type of obesity, the degree of arterial hypertension, fasting glycemia, atherogenous disturbances and the presence of diabetes. Hypocapnic disturbances were also found 2 times more frequently in asthmatic patients having metabolic syndrome.

Evaluation of quality of life and correlation carbohydrate metabolism, hormonal spectrum of patients with diabetes type 2 primary hypothyroidism, complicated distal neuropathy
Abstract
The aim of the study was to study the dynamics of the quality of life, carbohydrate metabolism, hormonal spectrum, and their degree of correlation in patients with type 2 diabetes in combination with primary hypothyroidism complicated by distal neuropathy. We examined 62 patients with distal neuropathy. The study found that the fasting glucose level is high inverse correlation with the parameter self-assessment of mental health in patients with type 2 diabetes in combination with primary hypothyroidism. Compensation under the influence of hypothyroidism hormone replacement therapy improves quality of life of most patients with combined pathology: pain intensity, physical functioning, general health, vitality and self-assessment of mental health.

The role of antibodies to tireoperoksidaze when autoimmune orbitopathy
Abstract
The authors studied the role of antibodies to tireoperoksidaze when autoimmune orbitopathy in patients with Graves disease. It is shown that the presence at the TPO from HIV-positive patients with autoimmune thyroid closely correlates with higher rank the severity and intensity (amplitude) autoimmune inflammation in orbit. Findings allowed authors to ascribe the AL to SLIP risk factors increase the severity and activity of autoimmune orbitopathy in patients with Graves disease.

The life quality of the patients who have sustained the partial gastrectomy concerning the peptic ulcer
Abstract
A life quality comparative studying on scale SF-36 of three groups of patients is made: 1st – peptic ulcer disease patients (n=44), 2nd and 3rd – the respondents who have sustained, accordingly, a partial gastrectomy by Bilrot-I (n=75) and Bilrot-II (n=34). A life quality of the patients who have sustained a partial gastrectomy both on Bilrot-I, and on Bilrot-II, has appeared authentically above quality of a life of the patients, suffering a peptic ulcer. A life quality of the patients who have sustained a partial gastrectomy by Bilrot-I, on scales of physical functioning and the general health is authentic above quality of a life of the patients who have sustained a partial gastrectomy by Bilrot-II. Comparative studying of quality of a life of the respondents who have sustained a partial gastrectomy by Bilrot-I in tubular and classical variants has not taped authentic differences on one scale SF-36.

In the preformed research is studied the economical efficiency and social significance of simultaneous operative invasions in the surgery and gynecology. It is shown that the rational usage of miniinvasion technologies leads to the decreasing of the stationary hospital period of the patients the summary period of his disability here are also reduced the expenses per day of the patient's disability social insureness, the expenses for postoperative observations and narcosis. It is very actual for the treatment of the patients with different obesity degrees. By the way there are made the circumstances for more rational operating of the expensive high-technological equipment. All this facts play a bigger role under the circumstances of the reformation of the healthcare system.

Investigation of clinical effectiveness of fluorine-containing filling materials for treatment of secondary caries of permanent teeth
Abstract
There is comparative characteristic of effectiveness of use of fluorine-containing filling materials on the base of results of clinical investigation of treatment of tooth with secondary caries of 120 patient at the age of 18-55 years. There is found dependence of secondary caries from filling materials. There are good results of adaptation and safety of fillings afber fillings of carious cavities with fluorine containing materials. The least percent of complications in these groups is caused by containing of fluorides in its composition, which help in remineralization of hard dental tissues.

Peculiarities of regression of limb ischemia after ligation operation in drug-addicted patients with post-injection pseudoaneurysms of peripheral arteries in the long-term period
Abstract
We performed a comprehensive analysis of the state of limb circulation after the extended ligation of main arteries of iliofemoral segment in drug-addicted patients with post-injection pseudoaneurysms in the long-term period (1-3 years). We used both clinical and instrumental methods. We observed that 92% of patients with limb salvage in the short-term period show stable regression of ischemia in the long-term period.
