On June 30, 2025, the 95th anniversary was celebrated by the world-renowned Russian scientist, an outstanding specialist in ophthalmology, ophthalmooncology, and ophthalmoradiology, Honored Scientist of the RSFSR, Laureate of the USSR State Prize, and Laureate of the Russian Federation Government Prize in Science and Technology, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Alevtina Fyodorovna Brovkina.
