Abstract

In the article are presented the results of the study of blood and cerebrospinal fluid for cytokines and the complement proteins in 22 patients with clinically isolated syndrome in accordance with the subsequent development of the disease. It is find out the differences between the concentration of some complement proteins in patients with the developed during the observation the definite multiple scle- rosis in comparison with the patients with clinically isolated syndrome, and cytokine status. The de- termination of immunological predictors of multiple sclerosis development may help to understand the dynamics of pathological process and to start the early treatment.
