Abstract
Currently the emergency medicine turned on the wide use of the special enteral nutritional cocktails like “Diabetes” to manage different types of hyperglycemia and insulin resistance under various acute disorders. The prognostic value of GH and the effectiveness of its early control in a given target range were studied using these EPS as the only source of nutrition for patients in the acute phase of the course of the first arisen myocardial infarction
