Abstract
Regeneration of spent dialysate using enzymatic and sorption methods is discussed. Use of urease enzyme immobilized on a solid carrier is suggested. A complex sorption column implementing these methods was tested. Prospects for its use in a regeneration system of a wearable artificial kidney apparatus are discussed.
