Abstract
Design and dimensions of freezers. The cost of capital construction and reconstruction costs are determined precisely by these indicators. As a rule, during air freezing, the volume of the chamber is several times greater than the volume of a quick freezer during contact freezing with the same capacity. This is due to the fact that for free circulation of air between the packaged products, it is necessary to leave significant gaps, and rather large-sized air coolers are installed inside the chamber. The large surface of the room determines a significant heat gain, which leads to an increase in the consumption of heat-insulating materials.
